Trueman Immigration is an immigration consulting business in Surrey, BC. Our founder and director, Manu Sharma, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Immigration advice from Trueman Immigration is given by, or under the direct supervision of, Manu Sharma, RCIC.

We are a private business, not part of or affiliated with the Government of Canada, IRCC, the BC Provincial Nominee Program or any other government body.

Everything on this website, including guides, draw results, FAQs and checklists, is general information to help you understand Canadian immigration. It is not legal or immigration advice for your situation.

Immigration rules, fees, processing times and program requirements change often, sometimes without notice. We work to keep the website accurate, but we can't guarantee every page reflects the latest rules when you read it. Always check official sources (such as canada.ca and welcomebc.ca), or book a consultation, before you decide or apply.

Using the website or a calculator, submitting a form, sending us a message or booking a consultation does not make you our client. You become a client only when you and Trueman Immigration sign a written retainer agreement setting out the services and fees. The retainer agreement, not these Terms, governs the services we provide to clients.

A paid consultation is a one-time advice session. It doesn't mean we're representing you or preparing your application unless a retainer agreement says so.

Our CRS calculator, BC PNP calculator, FSW 67-point calculator, CLB converter and free assessment:

• Give estimates only, based on the information you enter and on published government point tables
• Don't guarantee that you're eligible for any program, or that you'll receive an invitation, nomination, visa, permit or permanent residence
• May differ from your official score, which IRCC or the province decides based on your verified documents

Only the Government of Canada and provincial governments decide immigration applications. No consultant can guarantee approval, processing times or results, and nothing on this website is a promise of any outcome. Reviews describe individual experiences. Every case is different, and past results don't guarantee future results.

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• Give false information in our forms, or use someone else's identity
• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Copy, scrape or republish our content, calculators or tools for commercial use without our written permission
• Try to access parts of the website or our systems you aren't allowed to, or disrupt the website (for example, with malware or automated attacks)
• Use our name, logo or content to pretend to be Trueman Immigration or our staff

We may limit or block access to the website if these Terms are broken.

The content on this website, including text, guides, calculators and their code, design, graphics and the Trueman Immigration name and logo, belongs to Trueman Immigration Ltd or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share links to our pages. You may not copy, change, sell or republish our content without written permission. Government information quoted or linked here belongs to the Government of Canada or the Province of British Columbia.

We link to other websites, such as IRCC, WelcomeBC, the CICC public register, language test providers and booking or payment tools, for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law:

• The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind about accuracy, completeness or availability.
• Trueman Immigration Ltd, its director, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage from your use of, or reliance on, the website, its calculators or its general information, including decisions you make or applications you submit without professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited, or our professional obligations to clients under a signed retainer agreement and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.

If you misuse the website or break these Terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using our forms, you agree to the use of your information as described there.

We only contact clients from @truemanimmigration.com email addresses and our official phone number, (604) 377-2650. We never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or a personal bank transfer. If someone contacts you claiming to work for us and you're not sure, call our office before you share information or pay anything.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about these Terms or the website will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law says otherwise.
